ONE FREE 7-NIGHT STAY
One winner. Seven consecutive nights. Two adults and up to two children. Choose a suitable camping pitch, subject to availability, with electric hook-up included when an electric pitch is selected. Dogs are welcome under our normal campsite rules. Pods are excluded.
Entries close: Saturday 24 October 2026 at 8pm UK time.
Draw: Monday 26 October 2026.
The prize is valid for one stay of seven consecutive nights between 1 December 2026 and 31 May 2027. The stay must be completed by 31 May 2027 and is subject to campsite opening dates, suitable pitch availability and normal campsite rules.
The campsite is open until 17 January 2027 and reopens on 18 March 2027. The prize cannot be used during the closed period from 18 January to 17 March 2027, and all seven consecutive nights must fall within an open period.

Is it waking up to birdsong, exploring somewhere new or simply slowing down together? We’d love to hear from you. Your answer is not judged — the winner is chosen at random. Entry is free, for UK residents aged 18 or over, with one entry per person.
You’re welcome to share the announcement to help spread the word, but sharing, liking, tagging and following are entirely optional and do not improve your chances. Good luck!

1. Who is running the giveaway?
The promoter is Bellingham Camping Limited, company number 08432326, trading as Bellingham Camping Northumberland.

2. Who can enter?
Entry is free and no purchase is necessary. The giveaway is open to UK residents aged 18 or over. There is one entry per person. Access to Facebook is needed to comment on the original giveaway post.
If a person leaves more than one qualifying comment, only their first qualifying comment counts.
3. How to enter and when entries close
Entries open when the original Facebook giveaway announcement is published.
Comment on the original giveaway announcement on our official Bellingham Camping Facebook page, answering: “What do you love most about camping?”
Comments on shared copies or other posts are not entries. Entries must be received by Saturday 24 October 2026 at 8pm UK time (BST).
Sharing the announcement is encouraged and appreciated, but entirely optional. Sharing, liking, tagging or following is not required, does not affect eligibility and does not improve anyone’s chance of winning.
4. The single prize
- There is ONE prize for ONE winner: one free stay of 7 consecutive nights at Bellingham Camping Northumberland.
- The stay includes 2 adults and up to 2 children on one suitable camping pitch of the winner’s choice, subject to pitch suitability and availability.
- Electric hook-up is included when an electric pitch is selected.
- Dogs are welcome at no additional charge, subject to the normal campsite rules.
- Camping pods are excluded.
- The prize is valid for one stay of seven consecutive nights between 1 December 2026 and 31 May 2027. The stay must be completed by 31 May 2027 and is subject to campsite opening dates, suitable pitch availability and normal campsite rules.

The prize cannot be exchanged for cash and is not transferable to another person.
5. Pitch suitability and arranging the stay
All published campsite pitch restrictions apply. Motorhomes and campervans are not permitted on grass pitches. Pitch allocation depends on suitable dimensions for the winner’s unit and availability. See our Camping & Pitches information.
The winner will need to agree suitable dates and a suitable pitch with Reception within the prize’s stated stay period.
6. Selecting the winner
ONE winner will be drawn at random on Monday 26 October 2026. Every valid entry has an equal chance. The answer to the camping question will not be judged for merit, originality or popularity.
After closing, we will compile all valid entries, including comments not shown by Facebook’s default ranking, and allocate one consecutive number to each eligible entrant. We will draw one identical folded numbered slip from a thoroughly mixed container, witnessed and supervised by an independent person who is not connected with the promoter or an entrant. We will retain the numbered entry list and a dated, signed record of the result.
7. Notification, claiming and an unclaimed prize
On Monday 26 October 2026, our official Facebook Page will reply to the winning entry on the original giveaway post and ask the winner to contact us privately through the campsite email address or telephone number published in these terms. We may also use appropriate private contact where available. The winner must contact us within 14 days of the notification; the exact deadline will be stated in the notification. We will send a reminder after seven days where practicable. No payment or card details are required to claim the prize.
We will request only reasonable information needed to confirm age, UK residency and that the claimant controls the winning Facebook account. If the selected entrant does not meet the stated eligibility rules or does not claim by the notified deadline, we will draw a replacement from the remaining valid entries using the same independently supervised method. The replacement winner will be notified within two working days of that draw and will have the same 14-day claim period. Only one prize will be awarded.
Once eligibility is confirmed, we will send written confirmation of the seven-night prize entitlement promptly and normally within 30 days of the closing date. The holiday must comply with the prize dates and campsite opening periods set out above.
8. Showing that the prize was awarded fairly
To demonstrate that a valid award took place, we will make the winner’s surname and county available on request. An entrant may contact us before the information is disclosed to object to this disclosure or ask us to reduce the information disclosed. We will respect such requests, while still providing relevant evidence to the Advertising Standards Authority if challenged. No photograph, testimonial or wider publicity is required as a condition of receiving the prize.
9. Personal information
Bellingham Camping Limited will use the entrant’s Facebook name, entry comment and entry details to administer the draw. The winner’s contact details and information needed to check eligibility and arrange the stay will also be needed. Please do not post private contact details or identification documents in a public comment.
Entering does not subscribe you to marketing. Our Privacy Policy explains how to contact us about personal information and your rights. Facebook comments and other platform activity are also handled by Meta under its own privacy arrangements.
We use entry and claim information for our legitimate interests in administering a fair promotion, checking eligibility, responding to queries and arranging the prize, while taking account of entrants’ rights. Information will be accessed only as needed by those administering or independently supervising the draw and arranging the stay, and by relevant service providers. We may provide evidence to the ASA or disclose information where required by law.
Our copies of entry lists, draw records and claim correspondence will be kept for up to 12 months after the prize has been fulfilled, then deleted or anonymised unless needed for an unresolved complaint, legal obligation or legal claim. Booking records are handled under our Privacy Policy. Facebook controls how long comments remain on its platform.
10. Facebook disclaimer
This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook. To the extent permitted by law, each entrant releases Facebook from liability arising from or relating to this promotion. Bellingham Camping Limited is responsible for administering the giveaway. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
